The project has been approved by Karnataka Govt. vide G.O. No.183 SPI 2012 dated 25-05- 2012 & the company has signed an MOU with State Govt. during the Global Investors Meet of Karnataka held in June 2012. The land parcel has already been aggregated from farmers ensuring that our carrying cost of land is low. The Integrated Township project will consist of IT/ITES, residential row houses, villas, condominiums, club house, commercial complex, school, hospital, etc. – all equipped with modern facilities.
